Maan has eight years of experience in strength training but only took strength training seriously five years ago after a year of postpartum. She also trains for longevity, loves deadlift and single-leg squat exercises, and eats to support her daily family, business, and self.
Before working full time as a gym owner and personal trainer, Maan has five years of experience working at a corporate office as a Corporate Trainer to one of the biggest distributors in the country, LCG Group of Companies. Her primary job was to help department heads (sales, finance, warehouse, human resource) choose appropriate interventions to address performance gaps.
Training, designing training interventions, addressing performance gaps, and speaking are learned skills in her job and life.
